Privacy statement

FreshFielders processes as little personal data as possible. This statement explains what we do process, why, and what your rights are.

What we collect

When you use the contact form or e-mail us, we receive the details you choose to share: your name, e-mail address, company, country and your message. This website itself places no tracking cookies and uses no analytics that identify you.

Why we use it

We use your details for one purpose only: to answer your message and, if you become a client, to carry out our work for you. We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except where a service provider (such as our form or hosting provider) technically processes it on our behalf.

How long we keep it

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request. If no business relationship follows, we delete it within two years. Administrative records we are legally required to keep (such as invoices) are retained for seven years under Dutch tax law.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to its processing. Send your request to info@freshfielders.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
